The Forest Bathing and Guided Meditative hike workshop will take place on I CAN-T.E.R's system of trails. Be sure to wear proper outdoor footwear with closed toe (no high heels) and be sure to check the weather for appropriate attire. 
 
This workshop is for 18+ only ticket holders.
